ASTM A213 T9 alloy steel tube is a seamless steel tube made of ferritic and austenitic alloy steel. Follow ASTM A213/A213M "Specification for Seamless Steel Tubes of Iron and Austenitic Alloy Steel for Boiler, Superheater, and Heat Exchanger". At the same time, the product must also comply with the requirements of TSG D7002 "Type Test Rules for Pressure Pipeline Components".


ASTM A213 T9 is a ferritic alloy steel with a matrix microstructure mainly composed of ferrite (tempered martensite). Compared with T5, the chromium content of T9 is almost doubled, which significantly improves its high temperature strength and oxidation resistance. ASTM A213 T9 alloy steel tubes have characteristics such as high strength, high toughness, and high corrosion resistance. Its tensile strength is ≥ 415MPa, yield point is ≥ 205MPa, elongation or elongation at break is ≥ 30%, and hardness HBW is ≤ 179. These properties enable ASTM A213 T9 tubes to operate stably for a long time in harsh environments such as high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosion.
